I still live in Lapeer and still work for MeridianAutomotive Systems (even though when I hired in there in 1981 it was under the name of Voplex). I married my husband,Jim, almost 10 years ago and have one daughter, Erin, who is 7 and a step-daughter, Lillie, who is 13 and lives inPhoenix. After working for Meridian/Cambridge Industries for the last 20 years, I will find myself unemployed by theend of the year. I am still planning on seeking employment in Lapeer. |

I went back to school and earned a Masters in Education and currently reside in Manhattan, IL. I am a Junior High Science teacher looking for a High School Social Studies position. I have been married to my wife Susanne for 18, yes 18 years, and have eight wonderful children, four were adopted in 1995. My oldest daughter is graduating and going to college in the fall. When my midlife crisis occurred, I decided to go back and teach. I never would have dreamed it in a million years. I look forward to seeing all of you whenever the next reunion is scheduled! |

After 20 years in the restaurant/country club/hotel business (the last 15 in magagement and parternership) I decided I'd had enough of the rat race! I'm currently in school AGAIN to get my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer degree. Upon completion I'll be the one who designs your company websites and manages your networks. Managing country club's made me alot of contacts with alot of business owners and I'm currently working on some business from them to help pay for school and may even start doing design work full time for myself rather than work for someone else. I'm looking forward to the upcoming 20th reunion to catch up with all my old friends. |

So, believe or not, this makes for a full time job that I get to have fun at.Looking forward to the next reunion. |

My wife, Barb, and I Have a son, Nathan, and a daughter, Alyse. Barb is a Dental Hygienist. I have been working as a Paramedic since '82 in Oakland Co. I am presently preparing to build our home from the plans I made at West. I am a Senior Ski Patroller at Alpine Valley , the S.E. MI Region EMS advisor, and teach first-aid / CPR ,mostly for them (I have gotten into Downhill skiing a bit). I also do some computer upgrades and lite home improvments on the side. I married Kristy, my high school sweetheart......but now I am divorced...for a long time.but who's counting. HAHA.....actually twice now......hehehehehe But have a great 13 year old daughter out of the deal.....She takes after her dad......hahahahahahaCurrently I am a manager at the US Postal Service here in Michigan. Wow...hope you are getting your mail......hahahaAnyway, it's been a grin of a life, and hope all of you are still smiling too. Still no children but I keep trying when ever I can find the 5 minutes necessary. |

After a mis-spent couple of years after high school and dropping out of one or two colleges I finally settled down in Orange Park, Florida, which is in the northeast part of the state, sw of Jacksonville, home of the Jaguars. I have been married for 15 years to Mike, who is in the landscape, maintenance, irrigation and pest control business. We have two children, 11-year-old Kate and 4-year-old Jack, two of the best looking and smartest kids ever produced, of course. I am a graphic designer by trade, and after 10 years in the newspaper/printing industry, last year dropped out of the rat race to free-lance from home, which so far has not made me a rich woman but has been rewarding in other ways. I would love to hear from any of you, as I have not been able to return for any reunions (I am planning to attend the 20 year hopefully.) In a nutshell, much to my great surprise and undoubtedly due to divine intervention I have turned out to be a relatively productive member of society! Best wishes to all of you. |

He's our pride and joy even if he is spoiled to death by his Mother. I graduated in '86 from MSU with a BS degree that I haven't used. In '89 my business partner and I formed a contracting company building custom homes, it pays the bills some how. A few years ago, Becky and I bought a dilapdated old farm house on some property that we have restored. Now we have horses, cattle, pigs, chickens, turkeys, cats, dogs and a mule that my son named "green lantern". Stay in touch. |

Since graduation I've worked at Archies in Davison, AC in Flint, Lapeer Metal Products, and now at Saturn in Spring Hill, TN. Married Angelia Roberts in 89, moved to TN in 91 and have 1 son (Keith) will be 14 in Sept. Divorced in 96 and remarried May 29th 2004 to my southern bell Cheryl Shields. We have 7 acres in the country, house sets up on a hill, creek runs through the bottom of the property by the road. It is just beautiful down here. I have done some dirt track racing on and off the past 10 years and have won 4 main events. It's just a lot of fun but can also be a lot of headaches. I also met the woman who would become my wife there. I moved to Maryland where I worked for a Navy Lab working in submarine acoustics. I married Lichee Chang (from Okemos, MI) an 1987. I have a son named Hunter who was born in '93 and a daughter named Emma who was born in '96. We moved back to Michigan 5 years ago and live in Ann Arbor. I work at Ford Motor Company as a Noise, Vibration and Harshness Engineer doing CAE. Lichee has a small graphics arts business from home. I started playing indoor soccer last summer and started playing USTA tennis this summer. |

I Joined the Army, had a parachuting accident so they didn’t want me any more. I have been working in the automotive industry as a designer sense. I was with GM for about 12 years. I now work for Lotus. Got married, it lasted about 14 years and am now divorced. I have two kids, a girl cheering at Michigan Tech. and a son trying to figure out where to play football after high school. I have yet to make it to a reunion it seems like they always come up when I am out of town. |
