It is sure strange to return to West as a parent when your child has some of the teachers you had!Not much has changed here, we just keep getting bigger and better. I have a wonderful husband, Paul, and 4 great kids (Angela 25, Thomas 19, Ryan 16 and Miranda 10 years old) Boy talk about spacing them out. I work in the Tax Department of Dominion Resources which is owner of the electric utility provider for VA, NC and a bunch of other states. I just today found this website and am sorry I missed our 20th. I will not be able to attend the 25th either since I will be in Michigan in July instead of August. I live in Lebanon Oregon with my husband Larry Hagemeister ( who graduated from Lapeer West in 1980) and 2 sonsZachary 14 and Luke 11. I work at a elementary school as a instructional assistant.We also own a business Hagemeister Enterprises . We rebuild alternators StartersGenerators and sell Batteries.We absolutely love Oregon.I managed to get PattyMcNalley Meuli to move out here too. We love to attend our kids sports functionsBasketball, football and track. we also snowmobile here and love all the scenery.For those of you who have never seen Oregon I encourage you to see it. After high school I got my B.A. in Political Science from Cedarville University (I wanted to be president. It could happen!), then my Master's Degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, and my doctorate from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. Now I'm senior pastor at Lake Pointe Bible Church in Plymouth. My wife Crystal is a Physician Assistant, and we have three beautiful kids-- Quintanya, 9 years, Tyrin, 6 years, and Charissa, 5 years. My brother Ed (a '78 West grad) lives off Lake Nepessing Road, so we still get to Lapeer occasionally, and I always enjoy coming "home." I still run, and enjoy staying in touch with my old cross country buddies Herb Katterman, Bryon Hawes, and Steve Winn. |

My family still lives in the Hadley area so I occasionally go back to MI to visit (summers only) I tried to get info about the reunion early in the summer so that I could attend, but unfortunately I didn't find out about this website until it was over. I am an assistant manager at a Vons supermarket. My current interests include mountain biking, hiking, off-roading, traveling and anything else that involves the outdoors. Palm Springs is one of the greatest vacation destinations. So if you haven't been here I encourage you to do so. I would welcome any and all correspondence. Hoping you are enjoying your life as much as I do mine!!! |

Working as Sr. Technical Specialist at TRW Automotive presently in Farmington Hills. Believe it or not, followed up with a BSEE, MSEE - who'd of thought .... Married with one child who is now 7 years old (got a late start). We spend our spare time either on the lake (St. Clair - with our sailboat), or going this place or the other (or mostly WORKING on the boat). Hope all are doing well, enjoying what life has to offer - and the years have been kind to them. If fate should bring us to cross paths, I hope we can recall each other (at least the positive aspects). |

I am an ER nurse at McLaren in Flint. I am currently working towards teaching nursing to wannabees. I camp a lot with my family and just enjoy life.
